I just got the Hyrule Historia as a belated birthday present. It is awesome! I had mentioned that I’d have to push back my Skyrim cosplay and would likely be reusing my Twilight Princess Zelda one. My brother-in-law than responded with “speaking of Zelda” and held up the book. My sister was like “oh my god, you actually know what that book is. You’re such a geek” after I was like “ADGJSDGHUIBAH!Hyrule Historia! 8D O.O” upon seeing a large green book.
Sebastian Michaelis + Glasses
I understand if he wears them in public in order to make it appear as if he is a normal human with normal limitations, but I don’t understand why he does it when he and Ciel are alone.
He clearly doesn’t need them, his eyes are obviously better than ours, and Ciel knows he doesn’t need them, so why does he bother?
Crack Theory: Sebastian wears the glasses when in “Tutor Mode” because he doesn’t actually know all the things he is teaching Ciel. Putting on the glasses allows him to tap into a demonic hive-mind of shared knowledge.
… That, or he is completely aware that he is a character in an anime/manga and likes to mess with his audience.
He’s just following the Doctor’s example.
